Bringing a New Commercial Space to Life

For this brand-new renovation project in Montreal, we completed a comprehensive painting job that included both the exposed ceilings and interior wall dividers. The ceilings featured visible ducts, beams, pipes, and other mechanical components, which are common in modern commercial designs but present unique challenges for painting.

These surfaces require specialized techniques and equipment to ensure a smooth and even finish across all areas, including hard-to-reach spots and irregular shapes. To tackle this, we used professional spray-painting methods that allowed us to cover every surface quickly and efficiently, achieving a consistent look without drips or uneven patches.

The paint selected was a high-quality, commercial-grade coating designed specifically for ceilings with exposed elements. This product not only delivers a clean, uniform appearance but also provides durability and resistance to wear, helping to maintain the fresh look over time. The paint also enhances lighting reflection, making the space feel brighter and more open.

In addition to the ceilings, we focused on the wall dividers that will eventually form separate office spaces. These walls were carefully prepared by sanding, patching any imperfections, and thoroughly cleaning before applying primer and paint. The neutral color chosen complements the industrial ceiling and supports a variety of future interior designs and layouts.

Together, the freshly painted ceilings and dividers transform the space into a polished, professional environment that is ready for the next steps in the renovation.
